Environmental engineer with 20+ years supporting NAVFAC, GPMO-Forward, Andersen AFB, and DoD programs across the Indo-Pacific. Expertise includes NEPA, ESA, hazardous waste, spill prevention, UST/AST, UIC, OWS, and ISO 14001 systems. A REP, REM, and CES-certified specialist, he provides compliance integration, restoration oversight, and environmental training for complex military construction and posture missions.
